First off I would imagine you meant 15 - 22 for damage and since the req is high so you already probably know it drops the value significantly. At the same time there are quite a few folks I've seen in the "Buy" section and Auctions tab here that want high req Runics so there definitely is a demand. I would highly recommend searching those forums and finding the buyers and contacting them.

I can't give you a specific number, but I bought a req 12 Runic for 300k (100k + 40 ecto) and know of at least one more that sold for the exact same price so that leads me to believe this would be worth 100k + 20 - 30 ecto.

But again, there is quite a high demand for high req (most Warriors have a high spec in it and don't care about req) so you can probably work it up and have them bid accordingly

I sold a q12 for 85e flat like two weeks ago so it might be a little higher...
many ppl are searching it and they dont drop often
